Saturday, December 4—Costa Maya, Mexico
No shore excursions planned today, but we had a fun Culinary Class called Floribbean—emphasis on Caribbean spices and fish. Only six of us in the class, but we had a good time. We prepared a seafood salad, shrimp on wild rice, a Dark & Stormy cocktail (with ginger beer fresh-made with real ginger juice) and pain perdu. Chef Nicole made it fun, and of course it was all delicious.
